Sat 6 May: Godalming circular; 9 miles

Wanborough CommonA gently hilly walk through Surrey farmland and woodland.   There will be a meal break about half way at the Good Intent in Puttenham.

The walk, including the meal stop, should take around five and a half  hours. You can download a map and elevation profile here.

You can also look at a map and aerial photograph side by side at the brilliant Where's the path? site, though the route is not marked on that.

Meet at Godalming station at 0933, or on the 0845 Portsmouth & Southsea train from platform 14* at Waterloo. This train can also be boarded at Clapham Junction (0852, platform 9*) and Woking (0913, platform 5*).

If you are planning to come on this walk, please click on this Doodle poll link to let me know - this will not be taken as a binding commitment, but does help by letting me know roughly how many people to expect (and where to expect them).

For more information about this or any other PFA walk, phone me on 07904 286774, or email me at secretary@pfalondon.org
