Sat 19 February: Chilworth circular; 5 miles

A gently hilly short walk in Surrey farmland and woodland.  We will stop at the William IV  in Little London, Albury for a lunch stop about half way.

The walk, including the meal stop, should take around four hours. You can download a map and elevation profile here.

Meet either at Chilworth station at 1123, or on the 1030 Portsmouth Harbour train from Waterloo, changing at Guildford for the Chilworth train.  The Portsmouth Harbour train can also be boarded at Woking (1055).   If travelling by train, buy a cheap day return to Chilworth.

NB.  The trains coming back from Chilworth run only every two hours, but there is a pub near the station.

I think it is a good idea to book the pub for lunch, so please click on this Doodle poll link to let us know if you are coming.
