Sat 8 August: Harlow Mill circular; 7 miles

FootbridgesA very gently hilly walk through Essex farmland, with the couple of miles along the River Stort.  There will be a meal break after four miles at the Cock Inn in Sheering.

The walk, including the meal stop, should take around four and a half hours. You can download a map and elevation profile here.

Meet at Harlow Mill station at 1004, or on the 0928 Cambridge North train from platform 3* at Liverpool Street. This train can also be boarded at Tottenham Hale (0940).
